IUI (Intrauterine insemination) is a fertility treatment that involves placing sperm inside a woman's uterus to facilitate fertilization. IUI can be used during your regular menstrual cycle, but often time this procedure involves a fertility drug to stimulate the ovaries to induce an enhanced ovulation.
Many couples try this procedure with high hopes, but the success rate of the 1st IUI procedure is only 10 -15%.

Because sperm takes three months to mature, it is recommended to start the “IUI Preparation Program” at least three months before getting an IUI procedure.
